Best Photos for Color

This is an edited version of the original photos  took of raspberries. This photo is used to represent monochromatic colors. It has different shades of red. This is the original version of the photo I took in downtown Portland of the different colors of leaves in the fall. This photo gives a mood of the fall weather and the coziness and coldness of fall. This is an edited version of the original photo showing complementary colors. The red complements the green and the purple complements the yellow. However the red goes very well with the yellow. All of the colors in the flower complement each other. This is the edited version of the original photo. These are bushes of lavender that were being sold at the farmer's market. The photo represents cool colors. I edited the photo to make it seem both cool, but showing hints of warmth.  Rule of Thirds: This is the Original photo I took in downtown Portland. I took this photo while standing, and trying to focus on the two people on the bench as the main points of the photo. The framing and composition I used was the rule of thirds. Close Up: This is an edited version of the close up photo I took. I added a black and white filter and increased the contrast and reduced the highlights of this photo. I also increased the shadows and whiteness. I chose this as one of my best photos because it was a really good close up of the fountain and the sun hit the water and camera at the perfect angle. Frame Within A Frame: This is the original photo I took of a copying center. This is the name and logo of the copying center. I took it through the window. Photographers use contact sheets to show the evolution of their photos. The idea of the sheet helps people identify what the original photo looked like, so they can see the change that the photographer went through in editing and making a new version of the original. The edits used in the contact sheet was all made in Adobe Lightroom.
